Steffan graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a M.Ost along with further certification in sports massage and medical acupuncture. With this combination, it enables him to deliver a treatment tailored to his patients, combining a structural and functional approach. Steffan likes to work with patients by establishing achievable goals in order to restore patient health.

Steffan has special interests in sport and exercise since competing in sports from a young age mainly in football as well as looking into the effects of chronic stress and the effects of mental health on physical pain. Builidng a solid patient/practitioner rapport is of fundamental importance to his treatment sessions.

Since moving from the island of Jersey, Steffan has settled in London and has worked full time across multiple patient settings across London before being presented with the opportunity to start Align Therapy.
