Principal Osteopath

(General Osteopathic council registration number – 10140)

Nina graduated from Swansea University and has been practicing since 2019.

Her approach to osteopathy focuses on viewing the body and mind as one interconnected unit.

"I aim not only to support your recovery but also to enhance your physical performance so you can be the best you can be.

I take the time to understand your unique needs and expectations, learning about your lifestyle and identifying the root causes of any issues through detailed assessments. This helps me provide advice and care that is tailored specifically to you.

I treat a wide variety of conditions and patients—from babies and children to older adults, athletes, and those with chronic pain, sports injuries, postural issues, or headaches. Each treatment plan is personalized, combining hands-on techniques with rehabilitation support when necessary to promote long-term health and improved function.

I use a range of methods, from modern structural techniques to gentle craniosacral therapy, always adapting to your goals and lifestyle. To me, success is when you reach yours, whether that’s being pain-free, moving better, or achieving new levels of performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the gym, having fun with my dog, cooking for friends and family, and traveling to explore new cultures.
